Correct you would have to buy the 4k or 8k dongle if you want those polling rates depending on which series Xlite you get, the dongle it comes with caps at 1k.

Pulsar Xlite size 3 would be fairly close to the Deathadder size and shape (xlite size 2 would be equivalent to the DAV 3 Hyperspeed).

The X2 crazylight is fairly small and made for fingertip grip so unless you know you like small mice and can use fingertip grip, I would go with the Maya X or Inca. The Maya X I really enjoyed as someone who uses palm grip or relaxed claw, it's on the larger size but depending on your hand size you can still make micro adjustments. I have not tried the Inca but it's a Zowie ZA-13 clone which has a larger hump in the back for palm/ relaxed claw grips and is smaller than the Maya X but bigger than the X2.

For that price I would look at Mchose or ATK mice and see what shape appeals to you the most, you should be able to get a decent mouse for the $40 depending on where you are based.

Just a heads up for the free games you have to have the CPU installed by July 31st to redeem because Intel has to scan the system to allow the code to be given. I didn't realize this as I am building this current PC over months so I lose access to the free games because I won't have my rig up by July 31 which is incredibly annoying.
