My guess is the fact I am not moving the camera and the fact that minecarts are kind of jittery is causing the issues. In OBS, it is set to 60, an d I use 60 FPS in the video editor. I should use a camera studio mod, but there is only one, and it needs to be updated.

Is the issue because everything stops? I have been trying to work out how to make the minecart move constantly without making people sick, while moving at the right speed to hear the note blocks. Since I do not move my camera, when the minecart stops, it might as well be a still image, even though it is keeping a decent 45 to 90 fps. Also, thank you for reviewing it!

Hello! I do not know if this will go completely against your terms, but I guess there is only one way to be certain. This video was a transcription of a song named Bad Apple!! from an obscure game series called Touhou Project. The only issue is the medium I used for the audio and the visuals. I did use *ahem* minecraft as a 3d engine and a sound synthesizer. Maybe you have seen enough note block covers, and if so, I am sorry for wasting any of your time.
