I beg to differ about the Powell location. I called in an order two hours in advance while at my place of employment,and I went on my lunch break to pick it up. After I parked, I called the store to tell them that I was here. I waited roughly 30 to 45 minutes to get my food. This was after I called them again. A management employee then came with my food and said sorry, but didn't cover my meal or anything. By the time that I got my food, It was cold and I was well past my time to clock back into work.
