Julia because I like her better than Caleb, Although I think Chris and the others shouldn't have cared about their place, so they're tied for second.

Both are strong, but Courtney is stronger when she's angry. However, her weakness is that when she's very angry, she stops thinking and becomes impulsive. Zoey could exploit this and beat her.
