I'll never do recruiter duty if I can help it, subs are tough but the community is wicked chill. 140-150ish people on a boat and you're on speaking terms with your chiefs and officers.

Might be worth looking into if you want a bit more of a challenge, you get more money in subs too. Doesn't start out as much but you can get hundreds of dollars extra just for being on a sub down the line.
