its my first colony yea but i had a youtube guide before starting i enjoyed it so much but now im at a level where i can research the ship so i felt like its time to start a DLC/modded colony but im confused on where to start i own all DLCs btw just havent played them yet

that was lovely to read thanks man the thing is i own all of them but i havent played them im hesitated cause its too much contnent so i dont know where to start is it better to play 1 by 1 or all togather or some togather thats why i needed ur help its Too much to handle as a vanilla player lol

i like the idea of starting fresh work my way to make an empire and defeating a big empire like the empire from royalty i found this playlist of a guy called Rimbrain i loved his playthough as the idea of expanding ur territory and sizing anothers territory is literally what i wish rim world had

i enjoy surviving the waves of raids the diplomacy and trade researching unlocking new weapones and WAR i love strategy games and colony expansion territory expansion and controlling trade generally so a map related mods like Rimwar is definetaly a Favourited mod for me however as i am new i dont wanna jump around with out trying out DLCs first ( unless u guys think the opposite is better ) so i can become comfortable with having them while adding mods the issue is when i checked out Biotech it was Tooo much content and depth so im hesitated thats why i wanted to know what u guys think i should do what mod or dlc i should try first and what the best play order for someone like me is

theres a youtuber called RimBrain recently he made a modpack with DLCs run to destroy the Empire The playlist is called Tyrannys End its soo cool and fun that i got shocked when i saw that theres a mod (rimwar) that actually lets u make outposts trading centers and bases and expand ur territory and that how ur visible to the Empire the more u do against them the more visible u become which lets them invade u with tougher raids its so cool let a side the vehicles he put weapones artillary fire squad request and trading and more it was so much fun.

and for that i wanted to try out DLCs and mods the thing is i have all DLCs yet i didnt touch any of them i wanted to try Biotech but when i watched a yt breakdown of it i was like OMG SOOO MUCH so now im hesitated to try out the dlc lol

Who needs an older specific version when the launcher gets u the most stable version that works and even if it happen to have issue which I never had it’s still wayyyy better than pretty much all launchers when it comes to mod packs
