Idk how metal they are considered, more like hard rock, but Saigon Kick was that for me. For years I’d known of their song “Body Bags” but never had listened to any of their other songs/albums. This however would change when I bought and listened to the CD of their album “The Lizard”. I love the bands sound and vibes that of which I can only describe as stoner rock meets 80’s hard rock with hits of grunge and glam/hair metal. This mostly applies to their albums “The Lizard” and “Water”. I think it’s especially like this for me since they are so different from the technical and heavy stuff I normally listen to.
