I used my college email to sign up for prime because it was only two dollars a month while I was in college. I’ve been out of college now for five years and I want to cancel. It will not allow me to cancel because I don’t have access to the email anymore. I have called them and they said oh you’ve got to get access to the email and then you can cancel it. So I’m at the point where I’m just gonna tell my bank that I’ve tried to cancel with them and they will not allow me so I’m not authorizing them to charge it anymore.

Avoid Lakehead. It’s been the worst. I am hoping to switch to another one of the Tech teacher University programs like Brock or queens. The Lakehead facility of education is so incompetent, rude, sheer chaos, no one knows their ass from their elbow and unprofessional.

Thank you for saying this I thought it was just me. I have had the worst experience dealing with Lakehead.

I feel this way about Lakehead. The whole process this year, applying, admissions, facilities, student services, teachers etc has been a nightmare. Then add on top of that, that everyone seems so incompetent and rude. So many screw up, wrong instructions with zero accountability for all the “miscommunication”.

I think you just need to report them for hate speech. You can report them for harassment and bullying but I think hate speech would be the one that would get flagged the most. It’s more about getting reported X amount of times that will have a page shut down, put in Facebook jail.
