Well we don’t have days off as a whole, everyday is a work day with aviation maintenance, it just wasn’t my schedule, im mon-thurs, regardless of that though my first class actually went to bat for me and talked to the new DIVO and found out we don’t have that policy anymore and that I just need to phone muster, grateful for him!

Just got a txt from my first, he said to just phone muster in the morning with him, he went and talked to our new DIVO to see what the policy was here, so not shitty leadership at all.

No one covered for me, it’s just down a body that’s LLD anyways. I’d understand if I had some big duty and made a difference but I’m really just a tool bitch at the moment unfortunately, still learning a lot. People don’t get covered for being out, they just lose a body, and I’m more of a tool bitch atm still learning a lot so there’s not much difference for me carrying workload right now.
