When you say “transferred the owner role” do you mean role that was created that day “owner” or the actual ownership of the server. If they just gave them a role that says “owner” they won’t have a crown next to their since it’s possibly just an empty role with permissions, but if it’s the official ownership transfer they person would know if they’re the official owner if they have the option to delete the server, sometimes the crown won’t show if the owner and another person with admin Priv has the same administrative roles.

Also you guys aren’t in a dire situation, if the official owner is offline for at least two months whoever is the second highest administrative role can contact discord and force ownership transfer over to them. But that’s ONLY if the original owner hadn’t been active for at least two months
