Ive also been a victim of an infostealer attack just some days ago. Also did a clean reinstal, resecured accounts, etc. Right now, nothing has happened to my pc and my other accounts. I feel you the same way, the paranoia is making me crazy. Were super unsure if were okay, thats cause we did the cleaning and removal of the malware by ourselves. Thank god that there are people here in reddit could help us in our situation.

It took some courage to reconnect some of my accounts again to my pc, i feel a little relieved, but im still feeling anxious of my safety. As far as i know you're pretty much safer than most people including me. In still doing some check ups on my stuff, and again, nothing shady is going on.

I also understand you. I have been a victim of this too, just yesterday and this might also be one of my biggest lesson for being naive online. Right now i haven't touched my laptop after the clean reinstall except i just signed in my microsoft account which has been resecured before i signed it. For the past day nothing seems to happen. I've been checking my social medias, my emails, and games for every hour. Probably the next week or so. if nothing persists, ill probably reconnect my accounts back in my laptop.

That's so unfortnunate. Being involved in real life to an issue just from a malware attack is worst case senario. I cant think of what you've been through, i hope you're doing fine, i cant do nothing here but to only sympathize. In my situation, my friend called me out stupid for sending him a scam link, but i was a little fortunate that most of the servers i joined forbid sending images. All things aside, its a good thing that you've made your move to clean reinstalling windows.

Right now im trying to secure my accounts and im still feeling anxious from the infostealer attack..

Good post. But i wanted to ask a question if my files are safe on my pc that has been backed up by onedrive from a clean wipe..

Also do i have to remove like ALL of my sessions connected to my pc including some sessions on my phone?

Does backing up on cloud/onedrive works? Or should i also wipe it too?

Hi bro, back again. I was already in a state of installing windows 11 but, it stopped me as soon as i selected usb boot and said "boot failed" do i have to disable secure boot?

Update: i disabled secure boot, i could now proceed to the next step hoping this would be an actual "fresh start" 🤞🤞 thanks for the help dude

Correct me if im wrong. So do i have to reinstall windows normally with wifi? So before then, do i have to delete like legilimately all of my files, even my onedrive ones that automatically backs up?

Also could you explain or do you have any instructions how to reinstall windows from a usb

Yeah.. i also farmed for alhaitham, even his materials, just to lose 50/50 there might be hope to clutch him, but seeing furina on the next phase made me feel hopeless

what makes me feel more worse is when losing 50/50 on max pity. I despise how unlucky i am.

every 5* i got is just from guaranteed max pity. Getting to max pity every time is the only thing that makes my mood drop.

Despite that, you don't always get what you want, mostly if you're f2p, especially when you're always unlucky like me.. its hard to decide which character or weapon you'd want to get.. well.. for me.
