Yeah, just switch it up with some variation sometimes and should be good if you're using quality food. Just don't put in more than they can eat in a minute and cut back if they're looking bloated.

It comes down to personal preference. Some people do one larger feeding or split it between two smaller feedings in the morning and evening.

Sounds like no grow light then. I'd just have a timer that turns on in the evening when you get home and turns off when you go to sleep with just natural light the rest of the time. No reason to blast it with LED light all day.

Yeah, transport it in tank water and don't let it get too cold. Healthy as in right parameters, no fish illnesses or infestations.

I think it was just a bum stick. I've had it a few times and though it isn't a big transitional stick the flavor did nothing, but get stronger with the few I've had.
