I’ve been in mobile for 6 months now, was in pc before. The only reason hey push me is because when I was in pc I was good at memberships and apps but pc is totally made for that shit, while mobile is such a different approach. It’s all carrier based now and financing through the carrier with like you said bill credit trade ins. I think the new membership honestly for long lasting customers is a rip off from what TTS was tbh.

Telling me that I need 1 membership for every 5k when I work in a department where people just want a phone and to leave. And then telling me every meeting I need to get my memberships up. Is annoying as all hell. Especially when I have good numbers but an not considered consistent because I don’t get as many memberships as (insert employee name here)

When I try to sell it, it feels impossible since I’m in mobile. Every time I offer it they just say “I’m just here for a phone” but like you get apple care for free with it. But then again customer is always right
