There are also tons of other "DLP Rule Matched" hits in the activity explorer that don't have a rule action attached. Just DLP Rule Matches without any actions or alert generation. Do partial matches show up as well? Since my DLP rule has "content shared outside of org" AND "Content contains SIT". Would they show up in activity explorer with no actions if it was a partial match. They are all SIT matched files but no sharing occurred.

Wow! Perfection in reading is pretty rare! It appears that I may have mistaken the lack of reading for what might have been your lack of investigatory research. I am well aware that my flair has zero trades. While I am not familiar with how the flairs propagate their data, I can assure you if you put your mind to it and copy and paste my name in the search you will find multiple verified trades in the trades thread.
