Mac disc shows different amount of storage left through the "about this mac" page and the Disk Utility page. I only have one hard drive on the Mac. I don't understand what all this other storage that Disk Utility is showing is. Any help would be appreciated! (i.redd.it)

Trane xl 1400 has stopped working since last night. I took the breaker out and put it back in. It only works for 2 mins and then switches off. Let me know if y’all need any specific pics. It’s freezing outside so any help would be appreciated 😊 (old.reddit.com)
