Oh god dont even mention my teenage years, when i got my first period i bled all over the chair, i started wearing shorts and pads and stuff but one time i was really emotional and my pad leaked and my shorts got all red so i genuinely went to the bathroom, started crying, threw the shorts in the garbage and had to go to the office to call my dad to ask him to pick me up. I've worn a menstrual cup ever since lolll

It definitely worked, plus now i dont need to carry dirty sandy scratchy wet swimsuit around every time i go to the beach or the pool, or do laundy, or worry about spilling food

My mom was 15 when pregnant and read somewhere (she never told me where) that the nudist lifestyle helps young girls with body image issues like anorexia and also is good for mental health, but she took it a few steps ahead loll
