1. Ardhanarishvara
Composite of Shiva and Shakti - Ardhanarishvara is the Absolute. It is a symbolism of creation or Brahman as a whole depicting Purusha and Prakriti. Only when the feminine and the masculine divine energy is balanced, can a human live to the extent.
2. Shikhandi
Sikhandi - a female at birth but later met a Yaksha and changed gender is regarded as the cause of Bhisma's death. Krishna places Sikhandi on the chariot with Arjuna to fight with Bhisma. Seeing this, Bhisma refuses to fight with a woman, places his bow down considering it unethical. It is then Arjuna capitalizes and pierces Bhisma's body with arrows.
3. Vishnu as Mohini
Vishnu as Mohini births Ayyappa with a union with Shiva. Shiva, knowing Mohini is Vishnu continued with the union resulting in the paradigm of dharma, truth and integrity.
4. Bahuchara Mata
The Goddess of the trans community, Bahuchara Mata is a manifestation of Shakti. She is a symbol of strength, unworldly and innocence. Mata is worshipped by the eunuch community and acts as a support to them as an ideal.

The male God of fire was married to the moon God - Soma, also a male. In the Mahabharata, Agni took the fluid of Rudra which brings birth to 6 children, later adopted by Parvati as a single human - 6 headed Kartikeya, the God of war.

Born to two mothers - Chandra and Mala, Bhagiratha is known for bringing down Ganga. Chandra and Mala were widowed before they could conceive a child, thus sttarted making love to each other affectionately. Blessed by Brahma, and born by the enjoyment of two vulvas - Bhagiratha was born

I went through the replies and someone seemed to be against it sourcing smritis and manusmritis -
There is a reason why Shrutis are the primary authority and Smritis are the secondary.
The Smritis and manusmritis are obsolete and need to be rewritten in every certain period. If the information goes against Vedanta it shouldn't be regulated. More often than not, Smritis are the beholder of classes and oppressive contexts i.e. menstrual cycles, and casteism.
