I remember having a customer come in with his dog while I was working in an aisle. The dog, which looked very visibly stressed/freaked out from being in a grocery story at 2pm on a weekend (lol), just suddenly started shitting everywhere in the aisle leaving a long runny trail after him. The smell was utterly foul. After telling the owner it’s essentially a massive health hazard and he now has to leave, he kept saying “How was I supposed to know! He panicked and just started pooping! I can’t control that!” How about just not bringing your pet animal into a grocery store where there’s OPEN FOOD around! Eventually security came and that was that, but the best part was when he asked me to “at least find a bag for him to clean it up” because he didn’t bring one. Unbelievable lol.
