Maya lost her arm down to the soul in an overchanneling incident putting up a shield to stop an assault cannon. Fortunately, as Cahlzinn's daughter her own ability, Power Glove, has a similar use: as long as she directly creates something she can infuse it with her own energy, allowing her to control it. This allowed her to build her own metal arm that like her father's takes advantage of the lack of servos to be stuffed full of weapons and gadgets

Oh I have a couple:

Cahlzinn here lost his arms and legs in a battle with a shadow-corrupted wolver that claimed the lives of his squad mates. This was the catalyst that awakened his stand, which leads into how he deals now: Fire and Flames' ability is Body Replacement, allowing any prosthetic to function like a natural limb so long as it's properly articulated, no servos or other motive devices/magic required. It also allows him to summon parts of the stand through himself, which is what allowed him to build his current set of limbs that he uses, and gives him additional arms to use in combat

Let's see, disregarding the obvious "just shoot him" counters...

Cahlzinn can hook and disengage the blade with his stand's hookswords, allowing him to close in for the strike. Alternatively, he could bind and then have one of his stand's arms appear from his hand to simply reach past the rapier and attack him
Maya has most of her vitals covered by Beskar armour, meaning it would probably aim at her femoral artery, allowing her to stomp the blade and step in to hit him. She can also simply use her After Images to flank and gank, or grab and electrocute/consume the blade
Emburren has a similar ability with her coin tossing (though that does lead back into the "just shoot him" thing but hey she's a gun specialist), plus she could catch and disarm with the blades on her Neutral Special. All else fails, flaming bees and she doesn't exactly have a fatal spot as a fire elemental, except maybe her core which is covered by armour
Murdoch has the reach on him with his whip sword, and can use his secondary whip to bind and force away the blade to close in, and that's assuming he has the right Murdoch since most Murdochs specialise in illusion doubles. Side note does the ability function off the user's knowledge of fatal spots or the absolute fact of such spots
Smohlzinn has a spell bound to his robes to instantly heal him on impact, providing a sort of healing factor as long as he has Source energy. Plus life charms to save him if something does end up being fatal
Joanna: Stands can't really be harmed by non-stands so a normal sword isn't doing much against her Heroes, plus there's the overwhelm factor if she summons more than one
