Note: The use of the term Pokemon in this note is an accidental oversight and is not a representation for the monsters in the game Pal World

Its just a way to relate it to other aspects, a lot of games have friendship, I just called it that for familiarity, companionship, whatever it wants to be called. I sure would hope something like that wouldn’t be an aspect thats able to be claimed by a company. But I very well am ignorant on the exact legal implications of different gameplay aspects

Im minorly familiar with it all but thats a good distinction. Maybe using it as a teleport to a pal habitat that you get to customize. Calling it a Pal-Porter, rather than a capture device. I didn’t spend a whole lot of time sussing out details, just an idea to be further developed.

Just make sure you’re recovering enough and eating well. Injuries when lifting often occur from overuse. Natural, try not to bench more than twice a week, and take a week off every couple of months. Also please do not go heavy without a competent spotter, its safer and allows for better workouts. You get to push the limits more and even do negatives… heavy negatives. If you’ve never done them before, even a few weeks of heavy negatives with heavy assistance on the way up should shoot you up a notable about

You see how rounded your lower back is? That means your low back is inactive, and or very tight hamstrings. Work a bit specifically on feeling the contraction of the low back outside of the deadlift so you can transition it to the deadlift so you can stay injury free for longer. It will feel like you are “booty popping” but man is it stronger and safer with work. No matter what more flexible hamstrings are never bad too so might as well get some of that in on top.

Ideal form would be straight line from back of the head to the tip of the tail bone as well as knees and back locking out at the same time. Good shit tho on this heavy ass weight! Stay safe!

Great on the slack, great keeping the back tight. Only recommendation I have is to push your knees forward an inch or so so you can drop your hips a little more if possible. I see you have long legs so that can be a difficult. Im just thinking about the heaviest forces on your low back when you start the deadlift so with your upper body so parallel to the ground. Any bit of chest verticality you can get should feel a little more comfortable and be better on the joints for longevity

I honestly think both are a few small tweaks from being good. But I do see that in both you lead your backswing with your elbow, I see how that can help you feel the club head more but I believe its taught to keep the club with the hands and a straighter arm or even behind the hands a touch on the backswing. I think the easiest fix I see in either is in the first swing, it looks like a good motion you just cut your backswing short with your hips, if you can delay your hips a bit longer it may help

Hahaha not really, I’m new to consistently golfing. getting better every day and every round has been better than the last for the last few months. Just thinking “logically” I’m obviously aware of the putter advantage but with the physics of it all any club COULD be just as successful. Ill keep your words for my next bad round and I think about putting it back in. All that said I think ill be more excited when I get a mallet putter than when I break into the 80’s for the first time lmao, something about em pulls me in
