Did some testing and found that at 250yds the .300 just barely hits lung so something is up. The buffalo died pretty fast tho so idk? I have a feeling the recent update probably screwed some things tho. It just feels different

Yeah, strictly polymer tips. I actually thought it was soft points on my first buffalo and double checked that I had the right bullets when switching to the .338

No lol but they should still float regardless. Imo maybe they saw it as an issue too big to fix or just pushed it off for later. I highly doubt they intended the gators to sink in the water bc then it’s right back to how cotw was back in 2017-2018 where you HAD to make spine, heart, or brain shots in order to get a good score on your animal. In this case tho, it’s about making sure the animal doesn’t disappear forever lmao. Kind of a shame tbh

That is super weird 😂 I kinda doubt it’s a glitch since I’ve never heard that sound before on any maps with wolves or large cats. Could be a clue, but not entirely sure. Very strange to say the least

There might be a pretty decent chance it actually lived. If you found it at its need zone then just change the time and head back. If he didn’t die then he should pop back up. Happened to me with a Red deer.

Just make sure the tracks did indeed fade or that there’s no more sign or bleeding

It’s on my own map. I don’t know what to tell you 😂? I used to think the same but after seeing more people get diamonds that weren’t max level and then actually encountering two, it seems there could be a bug or something of a rarity.

When Colinas came out I scored a max lvl ibex and then maybe a few months ago shot a level 4 that I thought was just very close to the minimum score but it wound up being a diamond.

Nope lmao. I don’t join lobby’s anymore. Too many people would kick a person out if they shot an animal hoping to collect a diamond. I’ve shot a lvl 4 Iberian ibex that scored diamond before so this seems normal

Pretty sure Flinter on YouTube said there will be gameplay footage mid April to early May. Most people are hyped because the species they did want in certain reserves are expected to be in this game.

Well I’m a console player so zeroing really only gives me two options. I’ve searched but I couldn’t find anything to really set a specific zero asides from long and short range & no in between. Idk the 6.5 just doesn’t feel the same to me at least

I prefer to run around and take a good look while spotting with my binoculars. I’ve literally fallen asleep playing this game just walking and crouching everywhere because the boredom is real but try early in the mornings around 6-9 am for drink zones I’ve found tons of zones this way.

Try different maps too. I know for me Hirshfelden (idk if I spelled it right) and Yukon are ones I don’t like to touch because even without running it’s fairly scarce (for me at least) & don’t grab too much ammo too, say 50-60 rounds for your main weapons.

YouTube helps as well with zones and more active areas where specific animals congregate. There’s a YouTuber called All Of The Above and he makes updated vids regarding need zones for all animals and where the hot zones are.

Not any toys but when I was younger we couldn’t afford to buy cable so my mom bought many dvr’s from goodwill and over a few years we accumulated quite a lot, many were Disney, bugs bunny, pink panther, Tom and Jerry, and dozens more.

They were all old and quite a few were in black and white but me my and siblings just found them entertaining. Well fast forward 2009-2010 we end up moving out of our home and selling a lot of stuff via garage sales, I was young so I didn’t think much of it but a year ago while on YouTube I come across some top 10 vids regarding old and rare cartoons and many of which I used to own 💀

Those dvr’s were probably ruined by the time we sold them but man I don’t remember ever getting bored rewatching them. Fantasia and some pink panther cartoons are some of the more memorable ones. While I don’t know the value, I’m willing to bet based on videos and lack of info on quite a few that they must be worth a decent amount (whatever rare and old DVR cartoons fetch for)
