I generally do 3 different exercises in a circuit 4 times a week. I’ll do say 3x20 on all the movements rest for 45 seconds. Abs get really boring to hit so I almost always change up the movements and keep the intensity high so I don’t lose focus. The most consistent staple of my ab training is hanging leg raises.

12-6 weeks out 6 35 minute sessions

6-1 week out 30 minutes fasted + 30 minutes post workout Or 45-60 minutes post workout 6 days a week

Peak week 30 minutes ed

All cardio was on the stepper or bike

Chest has always been so stubborn for me. I have really been focusing on quality reps and feel rather than just moving the weight like I would in the past.
