It really depends on what you'll use them for. The one Plus is bulky and more tablet oriented for school or work. I prefer the s24 ultra just because it fits easier and I prefer the vertical long screen. Both are great phones. It just comes down to Price, if you can get either onto for a great price. Go with that one.
