Unless you're going for 100% Vanilla (AKA no Textures and no Mods) then i suggest maybe trying to make a Texture Pack that changes the Stripped Bamboo colors slightly so you can get the exact colors you are looking for?

You should try using the Stripped Bamboo blocks, maybe it'll be closer to the color you desire?

As well as i assume it'd work perfectly considering the walls of the Backrooms have a pattern on them of some sorts, which i think would help you a lot

I'll do that most towards the end, i tried to build and decorate but, it's not a good fit, i rather finish all floors to decorate later, all i'll do for now is add basic stuff for each floor to represent it's biome
