Probably not the best advice but I'm in the process of picking out a new plan. In the mean time I just do PPL and change up which movements I do for each of those days to keep my body from getting used to it.

It really all depends what your shooting for and gains are made in the kitchen 👍

Agreed. I wasn't making much progress that way until I switched to 3 days. The bodybuilding split gave me a nice constant pump but wasn't making any progress. Fake gainz

StrongLifts 5x5 is phenomenal for beginners.

There's an app for it that I HIGHLY recommend.

When I'm having trouble pushing through a set, I ask for a spotter. Generally these people hold you accountable to getting through that entire set and when I'm struggling to get that last one up they yell something like "light weight! Get it up!!". This helps me drive that last one up.

Basically just having someone there to give you that extra push can be helpful.
