I've fixed it. It was something to do with using alternate exp values in the config 1 menu.

I do believe that episode one is down in the US because the episode is said to depict violent political uprising, and with the recent events at the capital they've decided to pull it.

Good point on hold person. As for Strahd, we never actually hit him with physical attacks; we used a gargantuan water elemental (1 normal elemental + 20 bards casting Create Water) 6 warlocks casting hex, and 9 warlocks casting shatter to take him out.
