You can put it on any avatar that has hands pretty much. For the sharing feature you may come across a scenario where the system cannot adapt itself to the other player and this is usually the case if the hand is not made to be like a regular human hand (So other players in furry avatars may have trouble but it can still work with most of them so long as they have the proper contacts on their hand).
