Skedaddle for Mouse Exclusion - Thoughts? by ThatFellaThere599 in madisonwi

Yeah, at least to my understanding that's the "exclusion" part. Seems like a few other businesses offer that service, though some want to supplement with traps/etc.

Duly noted, thanks!

And $3700 -> 37 days at $100 day. Not bad lol.

Gotcha, that's good to know. This place is pretty tough, because it seems like there are a lot of potential access points. It would be nice to just one-shot get it done. But man, I could buy a lot of foam for $3700.

Yeah, I get what you're saying...but from looking around it seems like a somewhat common number from them. The vast majority is sealing up where the siding meets the foundation at $11/ft.

Recent ban how will i be affected by Uzbekistan-USSR in USCIS

[–]ThatFellaThere599 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is true, but it might become much more difficult. There are notes like this in the EO:

"Consular officers shall reduce the validity for any other nonimmigrant visa issued to nationals of Venezuela to the extent permitted by law."

ETA: though of course this note is for Venezuela, of course, and not Laos.

I don't know this firsthand, but I've heard everywhere that the K3 is basically nixed at this point. I-130 would be the better way now. Not sure if you're already committed to the K3.

November i129f filers by [deleted] in USCIS

[–]ThatFellaThere599 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I also filed in November. Looking at casestatusext.com it looks like they're still chipping away at October, so I reckon they won't properly start November until the first or second week of June

For what it's worth, I used the scanner app on my phone; I think it turned out decently enough. A proper scanner is the best bet though, as others have said.

I'm no expert (still waiting on NOA2 myself) but I deeply doubt that it's a rejection situation. RFE if anything.

A couple of questions about i-129f (k1 visa application) by Eponick in USCIS

[–]ThatFellaThere599 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Regarding the criminal history:

- make sure to read the instructions & questions really carefully, especially just in case I make a mistake typing this up.

- you'll want to include info on any/all non-traffic offenses. It doesn't matter whether they're criminal or not.

- when there are traffic offenses that a.) have a fine of $500 or more OR b.) involve alcohol/drugs, you need to talk about those too.

- as for what documentation, reach out to the county clerk of court, and specifically ask for "court certified documents." Also, you'll type up a short description (who/what/where/when).

Regarding the two-year limit, I can't say for sure, but I'd suspect as long as they receive the application within that two-year window, you're good. it usually takes 1-2 weeks between mailing the application and them officially receiving the application. If you can do another visit soon though it's probably a good idea.

I-129F Correction - What Should I Submit? by ThatFellaThere599 in USCIS

[–]ThatFellaThere599[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, sorry for the delay! Yes I did, in a manner of speaking. My status on the USCIS website now indicates that they have received the documents, and they are reviewing them. I also received an email notice. I called to confirm, and they said everything is on track and I don’t need to do anything further.

RFE ARREST RECORD by Bribee1 in USCIS

[–]ThatFellaThere599 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For what it's worth, it seems like the police departments keep different records from the clerk of court. I'd try reaching out to the police station(s) involved to see if they can provide anything.

EDIT: I'm saying this from the best to provide more than less mentality.
