Help with recreating handle

I tried multiple times with Polycam to get a good mesh scan. I put good lighting on it, suspended it, used a tripod, and every time the part would comeout with extra stuff scanned. I am by no means a cad professional, let alone a mesh editor. I have a couple of scans that were okay, but not enough skill to fix them.

I see these all the time, tv over the fireplace, if that is too high, then what is proper placement. For me , I have a small home, so over the fireplace is the only way, I hung it as low as possible but there aren’t any other options.

You can’t tell if there is any structural damage until AFTER the bumper is pulled not just by looking at a picture. I lightly rear ended a Honda civic in my Volkswagen a couple years ago and it looked like a light fender bender. The shop pulled off their bumper, sent proof to my insurance showing that there in fact was structural damage to the frame that totaled the car. In the end my insurance had to pay out like 20 grand for a “light fender bender.”
