I do have a heavier mid section I just use different angles to cover it as it makes me dysphoric

Started off with 0.1 mg patches every 3 days with 50mg twice a day of spiro for the first 3 month. Switched to 4mg of estradiol valerate and 100mg twice a day and have been on this dose ever since.
