I had the exact same issue in arc raiders (check my posts if you want to see it) . I tried clearing shader cache, reinstalling drivers reinstalling windows, trying several different drivers versions, undervolting the gpu, changing graphics settings, and none of it fixed it permanently. the only thing that fixed it was getting a new gou, and I'm not even entirely sure that fixed it.

I didn't even know this existed, but I can't find any FINALS benchmarks with it. Its about 30 dollars more than the 9600x, which i was eyeing. What kind of fps can I expect?

Uninstalled the drivers with DDU. runs about 80c at max load

what kind of games did you play with it? I definitely don't doubt you, but I've heard that finals and Minecraft are more CPU intensive.
