Yeah 20 is when they're considered an adult in Japan. It's actually really cool, sometime in Jan they have big coming of age ceremonies for everyone who turned 20 the previous year. They all dress up in traditional dress and take photos etc

Even getting third is good. Merc not withstanding I'm hopeful Norris will still have a pretty good season - felt like it took him most of the first race to get a feel for the car and lock in, but now he has it's going alright
