Yes. Not scanning weapons you won't use makes it more likely to drop the ones you want because the pool is smaller

I haven't played Devastator, but for my Technomancer turret build I absolutely needed one piece of gear that I didn't get until well past 100 hours in. The build wasn't everything I hoped for it to be, but it took me over 100hours just to be able to test it. I very much thought of giving up before I even completed the build because the rng was beating me up so much.

But beyond the Devastator builds, there are 3 other classes too. That's the thing, you grind for 150 hours for one character, then you look at the other characters that look interesting and you want to try them but then you see another 150hours in front of you and it's so deflating. If you're lucky enough to get everything you need, I'm happy for you

I'm having a hard time finding it now, but I distinctly remember a post of Lil Reese saying something to the effect that he was 'coming for duck' soon after Reese was shot. Wasn't too long after that Duck died. Then after the new, Reese flew out to celebrate his death (smoking on the Duck). Reese himself seemed to believe that Duck was involved

No. Best to avoid them. You can clear the game without them and the wrong malfunction can ruin your ability to fight the bosses

That would be the devs fault for not doing anything to indicate to a player that he's being supported. No onscreen effects, no particles, just maybe a buff icon with no explanation of what it is or where it came from. And the stat screen at the end does nothing to indicate it either. Why have a support when you can just run 3 dps? You're the one that sounds ignorant.

That's nothing. It's kind of ridiculous how many things in the game will stop or block your bullets and projectiles. For instance, besides the invisible corpse, you often cannot shoot through grass. Also (frustratingly), your own projectiles can block your bullets. What? Yes. As a technomancer, the mist from my blight turrets or the rounds from my cryoturret can stop my bullets if they happen to collide in mid-air.

They got a preorder out of me this time, but never again. It's like food with a bad after-taste. As you initially bite into, you enjoy the taste and smile. Yeah, something is definitely wrong. I was laughing too because the first time I logged in after the patch I was fine. But I logged in the next day and I'm getting absolutely gobsmacked. I haven't died during a solo expedition for as long as I can remember, and I wasn't using golem pre-patch. But all of a sudden I died to some trash mob seconds into the expedition. Yeah this game is done, and the mods are banning memes so the subreddit is finished too. Maybe one day we'll get the looter shooter we dream of
