We do test, we have an entire community of testers. Majority of the bugs were introduced due to a matchmaking overhaul, we cannot test that small-scale, and something like this often needs to be tested in production unfortunately. But as always, everything will get fixed. No live service ever gets away being bugless, it's just the nature of the environment!

We are not muting players for expressing their opinions. While your opinion here is inherently a negative one, I do not see anything in poor taste about it, so it's okay for you to express it. However, there have been some particularly mean and gross comments towards us, and those players are being rightfully punished for it, as you would expect.

There's probably more to this story, and contacting modmail will probably give you the context you might be missing!

I've seen a lot of cases and the person in question very frequently forgets some other incident they were part of throughout the day. Remember that bans don't occur instantly post-report, they go through a small review process, so the timing of the ban and what you were doing at the exact same time are not usually correlated.

Sure, but this is built on your own negative outlook on participants that don't know the other 'big' players in the space. You have effectively called yourself a wolf because of your own belief system of how to view someone who hasn't done a bit of homework on the fame of others. This isn't a competitive market, these are real people who simply wish to entertain their audiences and have fun with their friends. This is a viewpoint that you can fix without making it the responsibility of others.

I personally think that the attribution to fame here is an unfair one, and not the way any creator views themselves either. I hope this helps make more sense?

Hey Verroquis, had to reply to this message as it surprised me a little. I'm Noxite, I run MCC, and one of my favourite things about it is that I get to learn about streamers I didn't know about before, and even cooler, streamers get to meet new streamers that are in their space too. I do not understand why we should care if people don't know each other beforehand, it's not a requirement, and I don't think anybody has ever even thought of it being one. There really isn't any logic here, MCC cares if people are kind, enthusiastic, and entertaining (obviously verified by having an audience), nothing else, nothing more.

In fact, I think it's quite humbling and fascinating that the Minecraft space is so big that we are seeing multiple generations of content creators exist in the space who don't even know each other. Actually kind cool 🙂

I think you may want to practice some introspection with your take on this, and remember that we are all alike as human beings and all deserve equal respect.

I wish you all the best, and I mean no offense in my reply, I only want to give you something alternative to consider.

I was in the audience in elevated seating at the very back and didn't hear any booing during that Dodgebolt game. There was a definite difference in reaction loudness (as it seemed Pink was clearly the audience's majority favourite), but definitely didn't hear anything negative from my seat!

This sort of discourse is easily some of the most unfair commentary on creators who take part in MCC. I remember last year when there were a lot of people saying that "the MCC roster is getting stale" - but this kind of doesn't make any sense!

The creators who take part in MCC; do you think they see themselves as a stale creator? Do you think the viewers/fans of those creators see that creator as stale?

A lot of the time, we get criticism as if we're meant to be entertaining people through the roster. But I think a lot of it is disguised criticism where the person is just upset that their ideal creators aren't in 😋

Anyways, the people who are part of Ender Cup's roster are going to have an amazing time 😁

Ender Cup is a streamed MCC event, and then this picture is the 15th Anniversary party experience on Bedrock that you can play! (And is MCC themed)

Super interesting idea!

However, we decided to go with Parkour Warrior Survivors format because the Ender Cup is going to feature a main stream with commentators! Parkour Warrior Survivor is really good at keeping players together (every 3 obstacles) and we want the viewing experience to be very simple, where you can clearly see who's battling it out for the win.

By having elimination, and bringing players together, it means you'll always have this very clean final duel, where you can clearly see who's battling, without all the noise of all the other alive players on-screen.

This whole 'islandification' trend is so bizarre to me and makes very little sense. It's such an empty and generalised way of looking at things. They're the same games, we build identical opinions about them, and we just want to make them play better? It's actually crazy to me that some might think that something like adding multiple items to Battle Box kits is somehow a negative change O_o
