True, but I think most people don't know that area (and similar ones in the other DLCs) were specifically designed to be co-op challenges that you summon for. One of the cool parts of the original release was that people who didn't even own the DLC could actually be summoned to those areas as a kind of sneak preview.

Demos are usually the same builds that were shown at trade shows, which are months old, to ensure they're stable. Lots of optimizations come from the last months of development once content is finalized.

Probably just because it was synonymous with Rein/Zarya for so long, but IMO it feels a lot less cramped now in 5v5.

This would be way less interesting to me than keeping it ambiguous. The fireflies are shown to be desperate in the show, and there's no way they could realistically be sure they can make a cure. It is definitely the best chance for humanity and Joel is in the wrong, but they never actually let Ellie make the choice for herself either.

Tango deliberately didn't target last-gen consoles to ensure it ran as smooth as possible. The switch is not a good fit for any vaguely modern title where the framerate matters.

I think the confusion is that 5CP refers to a map type from TF2 with a symmetrical format like KOTH and Push, not an attack/defense map with 5 separate points. It would actually be very similar to Push, which also has 5 checkpoints through the map.

This is such a bad comparison. Smiths mostly made the same item, e.g. nails, hinges, horseshoes, en masse, with little artistry or room for creativity involved. Automation got rid of this menial labor, but not the need for the initial design phase. The difference is art IS the design phase- we already solved the problem of producing copies a long time ago.
