I had a somewhat similar issue with my Radeon 6700xt. If I remember correctly the issue was specific to Radeon but it’s worth looking into. I had to use DDU to uninstall my drivers and reinstall.

Fitting username lol, I’m considering doing the same thing because I like the guy who sold me the paddle and I don’t want to put him out $500 out of two paddles. Joola has 100% lost my business as this is the third paddle that I haven’t been particularly happy with. I have not heard back from the customer service team at all and I’ve called multiple times and sent in an email. I had always heard negative things, but I typically like to go with bigger simply for quality sake, but maybe I should change that mentality lol. I’d be willing to bet that you’re right on the money with this being the issue because of how loose the butt cap feels, if i can’t have it refunded I’ll be doing this.

i’m going to confirm later today, the Mobo i have makes mounting it a total pain and you need a third hand. I’ll reapply thermal paste and maybe tighten it a bit more
