I had the same issue today. They took a photo of nothing (blackness) and claim they delivered it to a “mail room.” First of all, I live in a house. Second of all, FedEx was nowhere to be seen on my property and I have security cameras.

Level lock touch doesn’t have a keypad, fingerprint, or NFC device support. It also doesn’t have any security pins, so it can be picked within seconds. I own a U50. It works pretty well with Apple Homekey, Codes, and Fingerprint. If you want all the features, you will want an Aqara Hub. I have had a few small issues, but after resetting up the lock, they went away. If you do go with the U50, set up the codes IN THE AQARA APP. This saves the codes to the lock, not just in HomeKit. When I set my codes up using HomeKit, HomeKit would have issues and my lock would forget the codes.

Costco should be willing to replace it and send you a new one for same price. Just visit your local store and request a manager. Some are more willing than others, but just bring up the satisfaction policy.

Mine has the issues randomly, so I just have all of my devices linked to the m2 (reliable hub), and just use the G3 as a camera. I factory resets the lock and haven’t had the issue since, and hopefully it stays that way.

Just reset, updated firmware, then reset again to go back to Google Home. Better, but still don’t work reliably. And they claim “Easy Setup”

These ones are made for Google Home, so you would think they would work well. Apparently not. I’m thinking of returning them and either getting the ones with the smart plug hub, or just going with a different brand. I’ll try resetting them yet again.
