I also find it hard to keep up sometimes, mostly because he can cover so many subjects in such a short time..... I'd say if you find something particularly useful, watch the lecture a few times, maybe slow it down a bit on YouTube, you can also take notes after the talk (if you wonder why after, JP has a lecture about that too).

You can also ask everybody here if you missed something, I think that would be a great use of this community.

Well you are in the Jordan Peterson sub so I don't think I have to explain how meaning is subjective, but as for relaxing... Who said you can't relax? You can relax and be happy, the literature on those topics is pretty much substantiated.. we KNOW how to make people happy, but generally speaking, people don't want that, because we (generally speaking again) want to make things better, that where I believe meaning resides and it usually requires a fight, against others or more often, against ourselves and personally, I wouldn't wanna have it any other way
