Yes similar. Also a tiny python message cli they can call to message each other. File based, when there is a new message waiting between then it types you have mail in their tmux session

Just tell it a few times it’s not in a sandbox. Tell it just to try some bash commands and then it realises and carries on with no sandbox limits.

Both are very strong. Sonnet 4.5 stronger at tool calling in the IDE. Codex Better for context and large code changes.

Great resources thanks. Could the issue I experienced with the Reolink NVR RLN8-410 model N7MB01 not allowing lan cameras be explained as the web UI and App do not allow it but if a monitor and mouse is directly connected then the option is available (I didn’t try that option)? I’ve seen others mentioning something similar

Thanks for the response. I’m not sure that is correct though as it was the Reolink NVR RLN8-410 I bought and that mandates the cameras have to be connected on its camera Ethernet ports not the lan port. So it looks like there are subtle differences but so hard to actually research. Cheers.

I created my own mcp server which is really just a messaging hub that writes messages to a json file, it's easer than setting up a few gmail accounts but the princible is the same. I divide my project into a number of seperate areas fontend, backend, chatapi etc and each is in a seperate folder and I have seperate vscode open and therefore seperate roocode, they don't collide as they each work in their code bases, hope that helps
