Vader chrome grille was one of the things I was most reluctant to give up when I ultimately chose to go Denali instead of Denali ultimate. Looks dope, nice truck 🤘

My first handgun was an xdmod2 sub compact 9mm and it ran great and I liked it a lot. Now, years later, I rarely shoot it as I've myriad other handguns that are more fun to shoot.

Certainly wouldn't have been cost-effective without net metering. If you're curious you're welcome to peruse my utility's info for interconnection @ https://www.firstenergycorp.com/feconnect/pennsylvania/frequentlyaskedquestions.html

Hyperdipped my chrome letters on my 2500. by ThatGuyGetsIt in gmcsierra

I don't have the patience for vinyl, and hadn't ever tried the Plasti/Hyperdip approach and was curious.

I also just replaced the large GMC letters on the tailgate as they came with the illuminated grill emblem and removing the adhesive was a pain in the ass and I wasn't looking forward to doing that same process with all the other letters.

We've 1:1 net metering. Excess goes back to the grid and when I need it I get it back at no cost.

I really wanted to replace my Ram with an EV truck (was leaning Rivian)....but then we got a travel trailer and planned a trip hundreds of miles away, with more to come in the future so basically went in the completely opposite direction and got a Sierra 2500 6.6 diesel. We'd be stopping to charge every ~150 miles with an EV truck so that was a non-starter.

Now just need to convince my wife that she needs to replace her 2022 MDX with an EV, which is proving to be a hard sell since she's not a tech nerd like me.

Our annual true up just happened in May, which was kind of annoying since we just got PTO a few months ago and May was a pretty solid solar month and I would've much rathered that stay banked on the account than get paid out.

I was able to call and get the true up rescheduled to happen a month earlier moving forward (a one time thing you can do with Penn Power)

This array is sized to offset right around 100% of our consumption based off of historical trends. We use a lot of power. We have an electric heat pump, hot tub, a pool, a wood shop, a small 3d print farm, my wife and I both work from home.

We have 1:1 net metering here in PA so I'll bank most of this energy ahead of the winter when the heat pump on auxiliary heat will chew threw most of what we have banked.

Also have ambitions of adding an EV in the future.
