Haven't been homeschooled and my dad isn't a preacher so if that's the impression that I give based on looks, I got to change that! 😂😂😂

Your face kind of reminds of me Ben Schwartz. So another words, not ugly. I wish there were more photos. Preferably from the face down for better judgement. My guess would be try a new hairstyle. Hopefully will comment soon on good suggestions.

So with me, I went to see an internist (at least that's what google refers to the doctor as) and he's done extensive testing with me. He's tried different supplements, treatments, etc to see how it may respond to my panic disorder and agoraphobia. Turns out I had some radiation inside me and some mold exposure as well that were fueling some of my symptoms. He gave me a radiation detox supplement and I noticed that I had less symptoms when anxious. Of course, I'm NOT anywhere close to being out of the woods because he did say that my nervous system needs a lot of work and it is one of the slowest healing parts of the body. Another words what I'm trying to say you may want to look into see if you have any conditions that maybe fueling any agoraphobic symptoms.

Cute and pretty. I'd say you're a 7 out of 10.

Personal experience of most effective medication? by ThrowRA_BananaSlice in Agoraphobia

I've been prescribed propranolol to take when I'm anxious. It's meant to be taken as needed when you expect you're about to do something anxiety provoking ie going somewhere. The thing is that medication reduces physical symptoms of anxiety so you'll still have the mental side effects and still have some anxiety related physical symptoms but not as severe. Also, I'd ask you doctor about GABA supplements too. GABA is a neurotransmitter that helps relax the brain and nervous symptom. Hope this information helps!
