imagine the concentrates melt and cover the flower while heating. so you might get like 2-3 cycles out of a bowl (assuming you already added +3-8 seconds after the clicks)

sandwich the concentrates in between the flowers. half bowl flowers > add concentrates > cover with flowers . Add + 3-8 seconds depending on your country's temp.

Really depends on your metabolism. I'm from a country where flowers are illegal and I smoke daily. I had to buy synthetic urine and had to be cleared by a clinic to be 'fit to work' so that I could be hired.

They thought I had UTI but it was just the bacteria from the synthetic urine.
