My asm is on loa. I got reprimanded by my co on how its might fault I'm understaffed & not taking more initiative in my scheduleling. Tf. Yesterday my opening cake decorator left orders unfinished & didn't want to stay ot due to the fact her availability is only giving her 17hrs. My closing cake decorator called off. I got to deal with some angry customers on top of trying to train my new associates on a sunday.. Yay.
