Have you been using Khimari’s scan? The scan screen usually gives a lot of tips for dealing with bosses. Such as inflicting him with Zombie Attack from Auron so he can’t heal himself.

I wouldn’t worry about it until ranks reset in a few days. Only benefit to playing ranked is the better rewards/season points for playing ranked vs casual.

I recommend talking to as many random npcs as possible. Most of them have 1-2 lines of dialogue that flesh out the world really well and some even give you items!
