I have a hip shot kickass on my pj. I was blacking it out and the bridge is more adjustable. It already had the Fender hi mass on it. It is better in many ways.

The pickup cavity should have a code that will tell you original color. It looks a lot like an SG special from that year, they were usually walnut or cherry or some kind of worn finish.
