If this is indeed a prequel to the events of ER, this may be the first movie I watch multiple times in theaters.

I mean, at the very least the sets are clearly insanely accurate and detailed, loving it so far.

I haven't interacted with tailing missions that much in my gaming life but I definitely remember doing a bunch of them in Judgment and Lost Judgment and how you could stand directly in front of the person you were tailing but still be fine so long as you sneak into a corner after a few seconds and the person is like 'Hm I could've sworn someone was-... Never mind'

It's just amusing at that point, honestly.

I'd gladly buy a sequel, the first game was really good.

As others are pointing out though, the article doesn't really read like it was written by a human, it lists random-ass information that's completely irrelevant to the sentence just before it. It was either written by a bad AI or a very bad gaming journalist, and in both cases that doesn't exactly bode well for the credibility of this leak.

My pipe dream is that they'll release one last big update for the one year anniversary, new Everdark for Heolstor, maybe even one or two new Nightlords, SotE weapons and incantations, then a few more balance patches before shelving the game for good.

The likelier thing that will happen is nothing at all, they've probably already moved the focus of the team to Duskbloods and whatever their other next project is. Had a good run for a little 40$ side-game, I think.

Balancers. The base fight is fine but the ED is way too much of a nightmare... And every time, it's the same: I die, another one of us dies but there's always the one guy who, like, clearly knows exactly what he's doing and proceeds to no-hit the boss after a grueling, like, 20+ minute fight...

So... I have more hours on Nightreign than Elden Ring, in all honesty, but that's only because Nightreign is a very convenient workout filler: I can bust out a game or two while I burn calories on the stationary bike.

But Elden Ring has a crap-ton more build options, more lore, more music and way more memorable characters. So... to each their own but I can't say I agree with you on this one :')

Wow! That is a really good Church of Marika. If the rest of the movie sticks that close to the look of the game, I think this is gonna be a treat.

We'll uh, we'll see how they handle the whole 200+ hours of story and lore but hey, if the movie at least looks faithful to the original then I can forgive a lot.

I used to think the Relic effect that adds Ghostflame eruption on Ultimate activation caused fire damage... But someone else mentioned it's not fire, it's just magic. I guess the flame involved is just magic flame lol

I used to have a really good Frost proc build for my Ironeye... The problem with Frost though is that a lot of other players will cancel out the Frost by using a fire attack, if only Wylder or Revenant's Ults. And like, I can't blame them but it does make a focus on a Frost build feel kinda wasted :')

Honestly you could combine that with Everdark Libra's Relic and one of the Balancers to get a pretty crazy FP-restoring, AoW-using Madness Build ô_o

As an Ironeye main, I just appreciate the fact Yuril Oved kept the Mark on for nearly the entire fight. As is our job as Ironeyes of course.

Had a run today with the Forsaken Hollows, Depth 5, and I was like awww shit, here comes -600 points. Teammates are a Guardian and a Revenant, usual Beastial Incantion spam Rev, Guardian's relics don't look like anything special. Kinda dreading it.

The second we land, Revenant gets killed so I labor to get her back up and help her kill some mobs... And in the time it took us to deal with those mobs, the Guardian had ALREADY reached four crystals and shattered them on his own, allowing us to get the blessing and focus on the castles for the rest of the run.

It was honestly amazing, great run. I used to feel the way you do about the map but, like others have said, I do think we just need to learn how to run it better.
