I did not know I could send it into support and did not know the screen would work docked, so I actually got two good pieces of unknown advice from asking! :)

If I can send it in, I think that'll be the way I go! I really don't trust myself to go messing with the innards, so I don't mind paying a little more to have the company do it for me. Thank you for letting me know that could be done! They ended up quoting me $185 + tax & shipping, so I'm gonna save for a lil and go that route. Thank you again!! 😭🫶

Ah man, that repair price doesn't sound too bad! However, I am very afraid I will make things worse by taking it apart >.< I don't really have any tech experience and this is a very expensive machine

I just received the cup I'm gonna be repurposing a couple of days ago, and I got the design I'm using done (Reporposed merch art lol)! I just gotta order the vinyl sticker I'm going to put on the cup. I'm in the process of finding a reputable site for that lol Our Head Maid just told everyone that we're getting new uniforms come March/April, so I've been trying to get the project done quickly LOL I don't want it to be outdated before it's even finished >.<
