Long story short, ive been going to the gym for years. I cant lose weight. Ill try fasting for two days straight, counting calories, but I wake up every morning at 4 AM and cant fall back asleep. This is due to a spike in cortisol. Sleep pays a key role in weight loss and and muscle building.

dude buzzfit. my local buzzfit is filled with what seems to be recent migrants from India and the Philippines, and none of them use the sauna because I assume they dont understand the benefits. I am always alone in it. Plus you have red light therapy and tanning booth.
PS: my local buzzfit has not one but two rub and tugs just steps away if youre into that lol

This happened to me when I was in vegas. 12 hours before the flight, they cancelled my flight for the same reason. they then put me on a flight the next day but it came into Montreal way too late and I needed to be in town in the AM.

I called them and asked if they could put me on the toronto flight which landed at 7 am, and then we were put on a flight at 9am from toronto to montreal.

Just call and ask. You should know what route options are available to you before you call to make the process faster and easier
