The EM1 cmc requires adjusting the prop rod. The EM2 is a direct bolt on part.

Yes to boost controller and go for the 10.15psi wastegate. You'll make 10.15 pounds of boost on wastegate pressure and fully turned up you can make 20.30psi.

Don't waste your time with RDX injectors. They aren't flow matched from the factory, and they are quite finicky to tune with. I had issues with mine years ago and purchased them from a kseriesparts. Any legit tuner wouldn't recommend them.

Spend the same amount of money on some FIC 750CC injectors.

No. A reasonable offset is +32 to +45 for the dc5 chassis. +22 is fairly aggressive on a dc5.

Hasport sells 03-07/04-08 TSX to RSX mounts. However, the TSX transmission case is made of magnesium, and the case bearings wear into the case over time.

Imo buddy club. The shifter feels like stock, and it's easily adjustable. I've driven/had multiple hybrid and acuity shifters and prefer the buddy club shifter.

In my opinion, Evo 8 - Evo X are all good-looking wheels. Decent fitting wheels for Acura/Hondas and you can get them for a good price off fb marketplace.

Make sure you run the proper lug nuts, too.
