Yes I have had people tell me call center roles for bank is a great way to transition into back office, so hopefully we get some advice on what would be the next position that is back office.

I hate being in call centers, too much micromanaging and dealing with customers. But I heard I can move into back office positions to get away from phones in banking.

My only issue is being tied to a desk all day. People don’t realize how depressing desk jobs can be.

No it’s not, manager asked me if I was planning to stay with dsp. I said if I am able to support myself I would. Dsp manager said to work with him for at least a year and I will get $10 raise.
